Refund policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on most of our products, including toys, physical therapy tools, cosmetics, perfumes, toiletries, earrings, and underwear.
We do permit exchanges or returns for store credit within 10 days on select items such as clothing that is not underwear. This includes bras, apparel, and footwear. All exchangeable items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached. For jewelry and accessories, we can accept exchanges on anything that is not a hair accessory or earrings. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are having trouble with a toy you purchased from us, please email us first at info@vespertineboutique.com to begin the troubleshooting process based on the warranty and how to get a replacement. All defective items must have original receipt, complete packaging, all original parts, batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.
Exchanges
To start a return, you can visit us in store or contact us at info@vespertineboutique.com. If your exchange is accepted, we ask that you mail items back to our store and we will cover the cost to ship you a replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
