Standard Shipping

Our method of shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail and USPS First Class, which generally takes 2-5 business days.  

Expedited Shipping

Vespertine offers several different options for expedited shipping. These options include:

• US Postal Service Express Mail
• UPS Next Day Air Saver 
• UPS 2nd Day

All expedited orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Expedited orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same business day and should reach you the next day for USPS Express or UPS Next Day (excluding weekends and holidays). However, it can take longer in certain parts of the United States. We cannot guarantee overnight shipments to all locations.

International Shipping

We are only shipping internationally to Canada at this time. 

General Shipping Policies

All orders are discreetly shipped as "V LLC" in plain packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, Vespertine, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.

 It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, we may have to charge the customer to ship it again.
